"The room was spotless with plenty of amenities. We loved the suite we had. It was very comfortable and roomy. We plan on staying here again. The only drawback was the lack of parking. I am handicapped and often the handicapped stalls were taken by cars with no handicap hang tag or license plate. When we told the front desk, they said they would inform their manager, otherwise there was nothing they could do. That was disappointing. "

"The room was very nice -lots of space, with nice separation for traveling with kids. There’s a bedroom, bath and vanity slightly separated, and then a sitting room with tv and desk.
We were disappointed that there was no refrigerator or microwave (there was a good coffee setup), or room service. All food options close at 9 pm or earlier.
We didn’t mind the reno construction work. It wasn’t very loud. Kids get up early anyway, and the courtyards and outdoor pool were open and gorgeous.

"Clean room, nice & friendly staff. Sink didnt turn on when we first got there but was quickly fixed. Rooms were very spacious. Gated fence, and Security was at the entrance to greet you as well. Security was nice & friendly. I liked that we were given a parking pass which allows just the guests onto the property. 👍
