"The room was warm and comfortable, it is within walking distance to shops. The receptionist was welcoming and friendly. It is not my first stay and I recommend to friends and family to consider staying as well. "

"Very nice. We were in the newer section in the back - the space worked for us. Overall the hotel is fine - we ate dinner there once. Sat on the porch which was a little cold - they have plastic curtains to close it off (to a degree) and radiant heaters. Seems like they were a bit light on staffing - saw only 2 waitstaff - so they had a hard time keeping up. We were there at the end of the season (mid April) so I need to cut them some slack. Russell is nice and peaceful, but quite small. Stayed for 3 nights which was probably one night too long."

"Was definitely in low season. Paid for breakfast, none to be found. No employees. Pool area locked up after dinner. Disappointed."
