"Nice new facility. Comfortable with friendly staff. Full-size fridge and kitchenette. It would have been nice to have a second comfortable chair. Also, needed a hair dryer and they didn’t have one available. Otherwise it was very nice."

"The Hyatt Regency Hotel in downtown SLC UT is a very nice place to stay. The staff is wonderful and the amenities are great. The restaurants are also excellent. The outdoor pool is a great additional amenity too. And they have a very nice gym on site. The only downside is how crowded the hotel gets sometime due to conferences that are often there."

"Restaurant was understaffed Saturday night. When we finally got our table and ordered, food took over 25 minutes to get to the table and it was barely warm. Staff was pleasant just incredibly harried!"
