"This was a nice, clean hotel located within a few miles from the Zurich airport. The gentleman that checked us in was very professional and spoke excellent English. After reading other reviews, I was under the mistaken impression that they had a free airport shuttle. While they can make arrangements for an airport shuttle for a fixed fee, the hotel staff encourages guests to use the city bus instead, which stops across the street. We were not interested in lugging our suitcases across the road...

"Bei meinem Check-In musste ich erst auf mich aufmerksam machen, dass ich „bedient“ wurde. Das Zimmer war eher klein. Besonders die Fließen bei der Toilette und auch bei der Dusche waren nicht sehr sauber und unter meinem Bett war Müll des Vorgängers. Auch eins der Duschhandtücher war sehr fleckig. Um Sauberkeit scheint sich also nicht gekümmert zu werden. Das Bett war unfassbar weich und wahrscheinlich einfach völlig durchgelegen. Ich war für zwei Nächte dort, dafür war es „ok“. Es ist viel...
