"I was placed in a room next to the stairs, and I would hear every step, and noise of the other guests. Since I was only staying there for a few hours - and they told me they are full, I did not ask them anymore to transfer me to other room. Maybe for future guests please avoid the room next to the stairs. But yes, staff are helpful, rooms are decently clean.
