"Really stunning apartment but there is always room for improvement. The aircon did not work in both the lounge and bedroom so it was a bit uncomfortable. Parking around the Manhattan is also a bit of a challenge. The bed was creaky and slightly dated. Other than that it was great experience, smooth easy process from booking to checking out."

The design and interior decoration is 5 star - you feel like you are being pampered 24/7. The position is the border between Seapoint and Bantry Bay so ideal for beaches, restaurants and nightlife. "The check-in process was frustrating. Guests are required to sit outside locked doors while wait for checkin at 3pm CAT. The reservations team is supposed to send guest’s registration link and access QR code but they refuse to send it before time because their checkin time is 3pm. I was there at 11am and had to wait outside the front door while waiting for access and was with other guests who experienced the same infuriating service.
