Great breakfast. Spacious room. Bathroom felt dirty. Food offerings for dinner were not good. All fried. I would have liked a big salad with a grilled protein ( not breaded and fried). Self checknin was good.

Top hotel in all respects, but I would particularly stress the friendliness and savoir faire of the staff (which is not always an abundant commodity in Stockholm).

Yes, Room heater is not working. Did a request to fix the issue but no one show up. Room doesn't have breathing space, ery narrow.

Forenom Aparthotel Arlanda
No accessibility. If your are not driving and using shuttle with bags, that will be horrible to get to the facility. Don’t try it by shuttle bus if you have a wheelchair.
