"The room was lovely. Very clean and staff were very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast choices were excellent and well provisioned. We very much enjoyed our stay. Thank you. We only had 3 issues: 1. We booked a double room but ended up with a twin .... we didn't mind but a double would have been nicer. 2. The pillows were very poor quality and impacted on the quality of our sleep. They were too soft and insubstantial. 3. The air conditioning worked for one night and then it switched to heating and we ended up having to use the fan in the room which was noisier than the air con. It would have been nice to have the choice if either heat or air con. We couldn't reset the air con for the night time. Otherwise it was fine. The rooms would benefit from having a couple of soft chairs or small sofa to sit on if spending time in the room. I did have to spend a night in the room because I damaged my ankle and the only option was to lie on the bed. "

"A comfortable hotel with modern rooms and helpful staff. The dining area is a little cramped at breakfast but the variety is decent and of a good quality. Dinner seemed similarly busy - there are some excellent restaurants in the area which may be better. The outdoor pool was clean but a little chilly. The indoor pool was surprisingly warm and very popular with guests. A surprisingly pleasant, relaxed experience "

"Had a brilliant 3 night stay at the resort, really enjoyed. Had sent an email of praise to the staff for the wonderful service. Would definitely go back again.. Have reached out via the same email to a member of staff *Reservations Executive to advise of a few issues noticed during the stay. Tables during breakfast not being cleared away quick enough and not being wiped down sadly. Steam room didn't work and the jacuzzi performance was poor. Loose floor short blocks in the spa. A good thorough deep clean needed of an absolutely stunning hotel *pool sun loungers, lift mirrors, our room at least on the 5th floor and balcony eating area. "
