"The room was clean and spacious. The property is amazing with nature trails right outside your cabin and a beautiful garden with a talking parrot. The hotel/restaurant also has a few chickens and a turkey. The food at the restaurant was so authentic and some of the best food we ate in Costa Rica. I definitely recommend the tilapia. We ate at the restaurant for 3 of the 4 meals that we had when we were in the area because of how good and convenient it was. Would definitely recommend to anyone...

"This is a beautiful property with impeccable service and amazing views of the volcano. Our family suite was very large with an instagram worthy view of the volcano from our balcony. The grounds are beautiful- the trees, flowers, water features, just gorgeous. A good sized pool and several hot springs are part of the property. The breakfast buffet was great- lots of choice with polished service. This is definitely one of the more beautiful upscale properties in La Fortuna. We had several tours...

"This hotel is situated in quiet nature. The scenery is calming and so are the rooms. Every room has a view like out of a postcard of the lake and the mountain and greenery. The staff are amazing, attentive and welcome but do not speak fluent English. It allowed me to practice my Spanish and also enjoy the culture even more.
