"The air conditioning in the room doesn’t work. The hotel knew about it and they responded by bringing us fans that were very loud and noisy. It was hot and we needed to sleep with the windows open, but there was no mesh so we struggled with a lot of mosquitos at night. Couldn’t sleep well. You have to get the clean towels from the ground floor yourself, but when we needed them the cabinet was empty and they were not restocked until late the next day. "The good: room is big, location, staff. The bad: me and my wife stuck at the elevator for 10 minutes tried to open the door by hand. Kitchen lot of missing stuff, they advertise free parking but for us no available because the shutter is not working. 4 nights got parking on the road, you have to pay from 8am to 8pm on weekdays. Need renovation lot of faults, shower, door knob, a/c, fridge etc. we move 3 times other room. Is a nightmare holiday for us."

"It took 30 min to meet the host at the property. The unit is on a upper floor. The elevator is ancient, and could barely fit one person and luggage. The worst part was the A/C was not working. They told me someone would be there from approx 9-10pm local time. I left, came back after 10pm local time and the A/C was still broken. Went to sleep sweating and woke up sweating. Local temp was around 80 degrees Fahrenheit. I reached out to the The Couper Milano Team to complain the following...

"Auch wenn das Wetter nicht so toll war, war es ein extrem schickes Apartment mit allen Extras. Am besten bringt dich selber Nespresso Kapseln mit, damit man morgens einen guten Kaffee hat. Parken in der Tiefgarage war recht teuer aber wir haben uns auf den Außen Stellplatz gestellt, das hat nur die Hälfte gekostet. Die Lage ist ideal, um alle Pässe mit dem Bike in einer Woche abzuarbeiten. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder."
