"Cosa mi è piaciuto: personale molto gentile e sempre disponibile, camere pulite, moderne e ben arredate. Struttura molto bella che unisce il moderno allo stile montagna e family hotel. Cosa non mi è piaciuto: ristorante, cibo mediocre non da quattro stelle. Altra cosa che non ho apprezzato è la musica ad alto volume sulla terrazza dell’hotel per l`aperitivo delle 19:00. Mi spiace ma era veramente fuori luogo per un hotel di montagna dove la gente cerca pace e silenzio - in generale non se ne può...

"The hotel did what it was supposed to. It was a safe, adequately clean room at a nice rate where I could sleep overnight and be rested for my morning flight out of MXP Milan Malpensa airport. Staff was efficient and competent. The rooms are a little dated, and the bathrooms need to be remodeled. But for a cheap decent place to sleep near Milan MXP airport, it is fine."
