"At check-in they could not find the reservation. After traveling over 24 hours, that’s the last thing you want to hear. The room we had faced a cement wall - terrible. You could not adjust the temp in the room. The bath towels were about as thick as a paper towel -dreadful. On top of this, the cleaning person stole my deodorant out of the bathroom at the start of a 10 day trip. The hotel said this has never happened before. My deodorant can does not have legs. "Accommodations excellent, 2 comfortable bedrooms, one bathroom, living dining area with a kitchenette: fridge, dishwasher, cooktop, no microwave. We had a washing machine too.
We were a family of 9 and had 3 rooms (better called apartments) and they were very comfortable indeed.
Staff went out of their way to help us when ordering food upon our arrival.
Breakfast was included at the hotel and it was amazing.
We all loved our stay. Highly recommend it. "
