We used the jacuzzi in the room and got a rude nock two times on the door from the guy at the front desk wanted to now if something was going on in the room because the room next door was complaining! Second time where told we could not use the tub anymore!!! The pool area was filthy. When we checked out the guy next store from us was complaining and was given a large discount! We were told since we booked through Expedia we could not be compensated? Probably...

"The hot tub was very, very hot. This hotel was great until it came time for breakfast. I will never pay what was asked for them to "make" food. My fault for not checking what breakfast options there were. Just disappointed in that part of the stay."

"The staff was polite, accommodating, helpful and just downright outstanding. Inner accommodations were sparse (no chairs in the room, hooks to hang your clothes…that sort of thing) . My husband had outpatient surgery while there and when I asked for a chair for him to sit in, they immediately provided one. Very clean rooms. We would definitely stay there again. "
