"Location was perfect and room comfortable. Loved that our room had a short deck which opens out towards the front of property, overlooking a breathtaking view. Only feedback in kind is, reception could have been friendlier. It totally set a morose energy to an already morose winter evening. Perhaps she had a long day and was tired 🙃"
"Everything about our stay at The Herring House was wonderful from our greeting when we arrived until we left. The room was comfortable/spacious, the dining room with microwave/ refrigerator and the bathroom were all wonderful. An evening soak in the hot tub made the day. The property was very beautiful and It was walkable to grocery store/bakery/restaurants/brewery!"
"Our stay was excellent. The house was immaculate upon arrival, check-in was simple, and the kitchen had salt, pepper, oil, and two bottles of wine. Instructions are provided to guide you through usage of the hot pool and radiant floor heating. We were in house 2, which had a fire pit as well. For those who want to grill, we noticed a propane grill in the utility room on our last day. This was an exceptional stay with a great view and very responsive host. If we can come back, we will."
