"Firstly, we pre-checked in online and upon arrival we were asked to fill in the details for the 2nd time! The pillows aren't comfortable at all, the room is too warm, it's just a heater but didn't work as an aircond, we had to open the windows at all times as if we were staying in a lodge (not 4* at all) "
"Stayed in one of their more basic rooms for one night - would recommend!
The room was clean, but there was a few things!
- make up marks on the clean white towels.
- stains & marks on the bed side tables
- coffee and tea station but no kettle was available in our room to actually make those things with?!
The room was clean enough, secure and very quiet, the hotel itself is lovely, the staff are very polite and helpful, but the rooms could use just a little tlc.
All being said, we loved...

Cons: Housekeeping only on Mondays & Fridays. But they do provide additional towels when requested."
"This hotel was great. The staff was so accommodating and so kind. It was also close to transportation, with a buss stop right out front of the door, an underground a block down and solid amenities in the same street. I will absolutely stay here again."
