"Excellent location. Clean, comfy, and perfect for our 4-night stay!"

"We had a nice one-night stay here and the family room we had was very well appointed and clean with quality fittings. The decor was good but could have been a bit more warm and inviting. "Second stay at this lovely hotel, beautiful breakfast and very friendly staff. Great location to explore Dartmoor we will be back!"

"You could not ask for more from a guest house. The cooked breakfasts are beautifully cooked prepared with good quality ingredients and very filling. The bedrooms are well decorated, with plenty of tea, coffee and home made shortbread supplied. Julie, the landlady is incredibly friendly, proffessional and hard working. She takes a great deal of pride in her guesthouse and wants you to leave well satisied. A reflection of this guest house is that there are many returning visitors who book a year...

"Sehr nettes Personal in der Cantina, Frühstück gute Auswahl. Zimmer Preis/Leistung sehr gut."

"Friendly helpful staff. Lovely room."

"We had a great stay at Mariners Guest House. Olive and Jen were really helpful and friendly. I appreciated that they could provide us with a beach towel for some wild swimming that we had planned. The room was very clean and quiet. The neighborhood is nice and is an easy walk to ferries, the Hoe, the Barbican, and the city centre. I liked the breakfast and had some great conversations with our fellow guests. Would definitely recommend."
