"Very poorly maintained we arrived 2 hours after check in time and room was partially ready no towels, shampoo or soap. No staff around to help, all curtains have mold, bathrooms not clean. The property is beauriful but needs upgrade, proper maintenance. In the pictures they show stove therefore the villas have no stoves. "

"This was my second visit. I loved it the first time. A guy to have glass bottles at the pool, I pointed it out but they didn't say anything to him. It was posted that glass bottles were prohibited. Broken glass in a pool is dangerous.
Pool closes at 10 PM. Kids were swimming at 12:30 AM. They were yelling making it impossible to sleep. Where was security?
I mentioned it to an employee and was told that some people might get angry and hit them if they said anything.
The room was comfortable...
