"Tive problemas inicias na acomodação que foram muito bem geridos pela equipe do hotel posteriormente. O lugar é diferente de um hotel comum....a disposição dos quartos e áreas comuns se parece mais com uma grande casa de família do que propriamente com um hotel. Os quartos são limpos e confortáveis. O fato de não haver ar condicionado e frigobar prejudica um pouco a estadia. O café da manhã é pequeno, mas já pude perceber que isso é uma "cultura" nos hoteis do Chile. O fato de ter bicicleta...

"Amazing place, with lovely rooms wtih an excellent and quiet ambiance. I suggest you contact the property directly since it is a bit hard doing it through this app, they might give you a discount if you do so.. you can find them on ggl mps. highly recommended if you stop by in LA SERENA
