"I am definitely going to stay here again. Walkable to many stores and restaurants. We walked to the Mission and to Fishermans Warf which is a great accomplishment (but, we are walkers). It is convient for using all of the cities transportation. I loved entering the lobby after a long walk and nice cold water was available. The room was comfortable, equipped with magnifying mirror, tissues, soap, body wash, shampoo, mini fridge, coffee maker (with a selection of coffee), and a TV (Harry Potter was one the entire weekend!). We really enjoyed our stay."

"Beautiful property, walkable, majority of staff were excellent, valet & bell staff were top notch! Bar service in the lounge was below par- tried to deter many patrons from ordering food as she was “short staffed” and it was a long wait- ordered and food was there in 15 minutes. "
