"I had a very bad experience here. The tv in my room was not working so I called up the receptionist in the afternoon, and when I came back at night I called them up again and they said there was no technician available. When I asked for the managers number they said he will call me back but I haven’t received any call as of now. Very poor and disappointing customer service, wouldn’t recommend any one to stay here."

The rooms and common areas did not meet the standards I expect from a Hilton property. The customer service was also very poor. "I was given a room that was across from the main elevators from the lobby and overlooked the busy roadway. It was impossible to sleep due to the noises and music playing all night and the cars zooming by. my bed didn’t feel like it was cleaned and the TV wasn’t working. I just needed a central place to rest with free parking and this was its saving grace. the staff were courteous. not sure i would stay here again if i had to pay."
