"The staff were accommodating when I asked for an early check in, however we did have a couple issues regarding cleanliness in the room. Breakfast was made to order which was nice at the restaurant by the lobby. All in all it was an okay stay."

"Front desk clerk brought a towel , the one and only towel used, as we did not go therefor much else but sleep so only one towel and faceclothe was used , he toook the towel down stairs to the front desk and said i have to ask house keeping nif they can clean it off, my slushy cup dumped it was a small patch of light blue barely much i explained that, it dropped on top nothing else, he alomst didnt want to give my 200.00 deposit for a small face clothe and towel only the towel had a small spot...

"We just wanted an inexpensive stay for 1 night. Its an older motel but well looked after. The room was clean and the bed was good. The furniture is worn but functional. The owner/manager was very pleasant and helpful. The room was quite warm and a bit stuffy during the night. They do advertise a continental breakfast but it is extremely limited and basic. It met our needs and expectations and we would stay again "

"The main lodge was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly. The views are absolutely stunning! You are literally surrounded by close mountain peaks in all directions. They have a lodge rule for quiteness after 9pm. However, several guests around me were anything but. And since it is a cabin and not sound resistant walls, noise is very easily heard. Additionally, everything at the site closes (including checking out) and does not reopen until 8am in the winter hours. They lock the doors,...

"This was the second time I stayed at this location and it will always be my go-to. They now have two restaurants combined into one with Ricky's and famoso staff is excellent. As always, they go over and above to help out their guests. They have a great breakfast buffet in the morning for free. If you're staying there, I'd highly recommend staying at this location. They're wonderful!"
