"Beautiful hotel and amazing staff! "

"I liked the hotel until I came back from being gone all day to find my door open! I went to the front desk and apparently housekeeping forgot to move the lock back so the door would shut. I was told because I used a third party I couldn’t be reimbursed. I was told I would receive a phone call from management, which I’ve yet to receive. Thankfully, nothing was taken from the room. The breakfast was good. My granddaughter had fun in the pool but the hot tub was broken. "
