"We booked a junior suite. Our suite had an adjoining room. The door between our room and the adjoining room was paper thin. We could hear every word of our neighbors from their bed. Worse, our other neighbor eith no adjoining door, we could hear their morning pee and flush routine. Ugh"

"Great location. Nice courtyard where guests mingle over cocktails with the red Sedona rocks in plain view. Rooms are standard. Staff was very accommodating. Somewhat disappointed in the restaurant service and food quality - recommend eating outside for best ambiance. "

"Booked for spa experience, had a credit I did NOT get to use cause the times were no availability and the hours were very short. And they asked you to book online which gave very limited options. The check in was not so welcoming, info very vague, and then had a $300 incidental hold…. Which I better get back. Rated as a 4star location why?
