"To say that the photographs of the apartment were misleading would be a misuse of the term. Totally mis-representational would be more appropriate (it was a completely different space). On arrival, there was no-one there to give us keys and no-one answered the phone when we tried repeatedly to call. Only after we hijacked one of the neighbours keys and left a message through the ski hire guy did we get a call at nearly midnight and finally got let into a room (not the one we booked). They...

"Nice place with good breakfast and pool. Note it’s more of a lodge style place and not a regular hotel. You’ll need a car to reach most places in Chamonix centre and most lifts, we had a rental and did not check out any buses. Good value for money - Chamonix-style."

"The residence is in a quiet peaceful location reached via a windy hillly road. In the 4 nights we stayed in early September, we saw, from the large windows of our rooms, clear views of the hills and mountain, starry nights, misty cloudy views and even a lightening show. All spectacular. The two rooms were spacious enough and clean to our liking, affordable, the staff friendly and Chamonix a half hour drive away. "

Puis lors du check in on m indique que le linge de lit et de toilette ainsi que le ménage de fin de séjour n est pas inclus. J ai du régler plus de 80€ pour le kit alors que dans le descriptif il était noté que le kit était inclus ainsi que le ménage (en dehors de la cuisine) j ai montré le descriptif sur la plate-forme mais je me suis heurtée à un mur. "Cleaning and maintenance needed! Paper peeling off in the bathroom. Outside chair on the balcony was dirty and broken. Balcony covered in cobwebs. Bedroom door would not lock from inside. Bedding was clean, good towels and a good shower. Good location, great views."
