"Great stay, we were with a hockey team and it was good, we only had 1 issue with some staff and the manager the following day was very apologetic and amazing! Natalie is an amazing manager and good at her job! Other than that 1 issue all other staff where absolutely amazing!!!"

Had to extend my stay for a short bit due to flight delay and housekeeping and guest services were both very understanding and accommodating. Front desk packed a snack to go package for me as well. So lovely! "
