"The hotel is close to the MCI terminal and operates it's own shuttle for guests to get to the terminal. The driver was cheerful and helpful. The front desk clerk was also. The room was clean and attractive, and the black out curtains were great. With the AC on low, I heard no noise from either planes or the interstate. The price was reasonable."

"We left early on a flight on May 4th and the drive made sure we knew how to get ahold of the property when we made it back in to KC. I am not sure his name it would of been the one on the early morning around 330 am. The property is getting remodeled while we were there and the staff was great to work with when leaving our cars there for our vacation. "

"Almost nothing in our room worked correctly. TV stand was disfigured. No charging outlets. Electrical plug-in receptacle didn’t work. Food was tolerable but not good. Very disappointed."

"Good breakfast for some but lacking vegan items..at least plant milk(almond,oat,or soy) would help broaden possibilities..did have fruit and oatmeal and typical bread that vegans can have..add plant milk and tofu scramble instead of eggs for an enhanced experience for your guests"

"The check in clerk overnight was TERRIBLY rude. He was more interested in taking his personal phone call and told me he was “doing me a favor” by allowing me to check in past 2am (I tried calling to ask about this, but never got the phone answered. Now I know why). The room was old and DIRTY. I found HAIR in the shower, stains in the toilet, stains on the walls."
