"I don’t think the hotel can really be considered a 5‑star property. The staff is good, but the hotel needs maintenance, especially the air conditioning. Also, the bathroom cleaning needs improvement — there are areas with mold. In any case, the stay was pleasant. Breakfast was good, and the customer service and security are impeccable."

"Lovely place, awesome attentive staff and 3 meals per day are freshly prepared buffet style. The grounds are meticulous with many walkways through the foliage and its many wild birds on the way to the beach. The beach is tended by the local fishermen and there are guard stands all along the length of the beach cycle path. I felt very safe and it was a calm and peaceful experience. "Hotel recém construído , excelente acabamento e funcionários extremamente dedicados , ótima Piscina externa e interna aquecida , fomos surpreendidos com um bolo em nosso quarto no dia do nosso aniversário de 41 anos de casamento , com certeza voltaremos e falaremos aos amigos para frequentar esse hotel , SPA ainda não estava inaugurado e com certeza será mais um ponto positivo para o hotel , serviço de quarto é excepcional , camareiras e mordomos são nota 10 !"
