"I was booked in the wrong room from what my reservation was and had to call to have them fix it. The stains were atrocious. Poop stain right on the floor - very obvious. Giant yellow stains on both the couch and sleeper bed. Rugs probably haven't been cleaned in over a decade. There was no room cleaning during our stay whatsoever. I was not happy.
