the counter staff asked for cash payment while checking in but l already used card to book. that was nearly 3 weeks and today l am still awaiting for the refund/ cancelling of the card booking so that my bank wont hold my money in my account. please follow up. TQ

Breakfast was sooooo overcrowded each morning we had to queue up each day for a decent amount of time the food was just ok our grandkids didn’t really eat each day but filled up on fruit
