"They were under remodeling, but room was excellent, liked space between bed and tv area, usually most hotels very narrow, breakfast also good. Would stay again, receptionist was great as well.enjoyed it for sure."

"Our experience at Belamer Suites was honestly frightening and extremely disappointing. At 10:45 PM, while we were already asleep in bed, someone began knocking loudly on our door. We were not expecting anyone, and to make matters worse, we realized there is no way to lock the doors from the inside, which immediately made the situation feel unsafe. The person continued knocking and never announced who they were, which was incredibly alarming in the middle of the night. We tried calling the front desk multiple times and no one answered, which only made the situation more unsettling. Eventually the front desk called us back and casually said it was probably “the new girl delivering something to the wrong suite.” That explanation did nothing to reassure us, especially considering someone was knocking on a guest’s door late at night without identifying themselves. At that point we were genuinely concerned for our safety. We quickly gathered our belongings and went to the front office to explain what had happened. Unfortunately, the staff completely dismissed the situation, offered no apology, and made no attempt to make us feel safe or comfortable. Because of this, we felt we had no choice but to check out immediately at 11 PM and find another hotel in the middle of the night. To make matters worse, despite only being in the room for about 3.5 hours, they still charged us the full price of the stay at checkout. "Pool was a bit crowded but big and clean. Temp on pool and hot tub good. Short toilet in room which made it hard to get up and down off of it.The breakfast was very disappointing. No potatoes and every meat and gravy made of pork. The rest was sugar and gluten. So if you are looking for anything quality to eat, skip the breakfast. No teas after 10am so unless you drink only coffee you are out of luck. Coffee was not good either. It used to be Ekberts but it has been changed to something AWEFUL. Even my husband didn't like it. For a classy place they need a better food management."

"We always look forward to staying at this hotel. It is cozy and very clean. Beds are very comfortable and breakfast is top notch! It feels warm and invting. "
