"Convenient location and easy walk to castle and shops. Old church bar was lovely but most of the rest needs a good refresh. Good shower pressure but shower curtain needs to be longer and weighted."

"The location and staff were fine, but the bed completely ruined my stay. The mattress was unbelievably hard—so hard that it honestly felt like sleeping on the floor. I understand some people like a firm bed, but this had almost no cushioning at all. I woke up sore and uncomfortable, and it made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. A hotel bed should be comfortable, and unfortunately this one was anything but."
