"Service at Veranda was great, and the facilities were nice. The resort is lush with greenery, creating a relaxing atmosphere. However, I felt that the pool and restaurant could do without charging for necessities like drinking water—most resorts provide it complimentary, especially since there’s already plenty in the rooms. Ausstattung in die Jahre gekommen, die Klimaanlage sehr laut und leider war unser Zimmer sehr staubig.Viele Zimmer sind nicht mehr bewohnbar und das sieht man leider von außen, die Poolbar komplett geschlossen und verkommen, Das Restaurant ist sehr schön und man kann innen oder außen sitzen. "I took a solo trip to this resort and I must say the staff is very friendly, the resort is very clean, and the food is very good. Btw there is so much stuff to do around the resort I would suggest waiting to book your excursions once you get here. An employee named Tan was very helpful. They also have a beautiful river fall on the resort! Beautiful mountains as well!"
