"The view of the lake was so satisfying and relaxing and the location was great. The amenities that were offered in this property was unbeatable. They provided everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. The only thing that needed to be changed were the kitchen towels were very old and had a pretty musty stench to them and the pool towels needed some updating and lastly the body wash was empty in one of the bathrooms. "The bath fan didn't work so there was mold on the ceiling and not great when somebody else used the bathroom. Toilet was so small it was uncomfortable. We got pretty bad sleep because of how noisy the neighbors were and how thin the walls were. Could hear everything. Good location and good customer service brought it up to a three star."

"Our 2nd time staying here and won't be the last. Very affordable right in the middle of town on Big Bear Blvd. Walking distance to most restaurants. Staff is EXCELLENT and very friendly. Facilities and rooms are clean and comfortable. I would like a slightly larger tv in the bedroom but that's not a deal breaker for us."

"The Hotel near the lake is fairly quiet. Great blinds, curtains, large bathtub in my upstairs room. WiFi didn’t work in my room, it was a slight inconvenience for me, I guess that it’s down, not strong enough or something. The room is spacious. I was very comfortable. View of the lake was nice. There was construction during my stay but it was bearable. I highly recommend booking direct and save lots!"

"We knew the AC was not working during our stay but we didn’t count on the heater being on on our level hallways or the restroom area in our room (even though the thermostat said on). When we checked in our room felt like a sauna, luckily they had fans and were able to unlock the windows to let out the warmness. The water temperature in the shower kept changing from warm to extra hot and then cold. Front desk staff was average. We loved the location of the hotel. "

"Excellent place to stay! Literally the small tv was the only drawback, but that’s a footnote. This place was way to check into, great to stay in, easily accessible to everything nearby. It’s the perfect getaway place and I can’t wait to come back multiple times this year. Huge fan."
