"This was the best stay ever. I have never been treated so well! I can not thank the staff enough! The complimentary room upgrade + fruit spread and personal note? Omg! My heart! 😍 I have been following Chevelle on tour for almost a decade. I was staying there specfically for Tuesday night's concert. When I saw that envelope with my name on it, I thought, "Are we sure I am not on tour?" Management was so helpful! I made gift baskets for the band and brought sealed snacks for the crew. They offered to bring them to the head of entertainment so, that they may end up in the green room! The last two places refused to be helpful and gave us the runaround! The bartender and cocktail waitress in the lounge were so welcoming and attentive! Security at the show was friendly and not overbearing or scary. That was a first, as well! The front desk staff was not only also, very helpful, but they acted like we were a joy to assist. The valet and bell hop were very personable and polite. I definitely want to come back. I have shown everybody pics of the room! Once again, thank you!!! 😘"

"The staff was very polite and helpful the second we arrived. Room was clean, shower was great. It worked out great that they have a shuttle bus that takes you to and from the Casino as well. We ate breakfast at the Bistro,food and service was great as well. We'll definitely stay at this location in the future."

"The area is not the best. Room was clean. Towels and linen were clean. Had to request more towels but staff was friendly and delivered rigth away. For the price I think it was excellent value."

"Spent the night near the lake. Room was comfy and warm. We had an EV and asked and were able to charge it at the property (used regular wall outlet on the side of the building). Stuff were nice and helpful with tips for hikes."

"The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The air conditioner made loud, weird noises all night and the bathroom left a lot to be desired. The shower was very dark and awkward, especially for anyone over 5’6”. I’m 5’10” and had to squat to wash my hair. The WiFi was terrible and would barely connect. The location was fabulous though. "

"This is the absolutely cutest hotel. It's not too far of a walk to the downtown and they have a very cool classy 70s aesthetics. In the lobby, they have complementary coffee, tea and water, as well as some video games and comfy couches and the rooms are comfortable."
