"I had visited this property before and was pleased to find that my experience was consistent with previous stays. The microwave/oven had been upgraded which was good. Housekeeping were on the ball and kept me well stocked with coffee. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Would happily revisit and probably will, at some point."

"Jen and David at the front desk were amazing, very friendly and made my trip feel like I was at home. The pool and hot tub were not well kept and dirty. But the rooms are clean and housekeeping is great.."

"Hotel was nice but the grounds maintenance personnel have little respect for guests. This time we were woken up at 6:00 AM to a groundskeeper outside our 3rd floor window with a chainsaw trimming a palm tree just feet from our balcony. Not the first time we had an issue with the grounds maintenance personnel doing loud work at odd hours near guest rooms."

"It was perfect for a staycation, the day we stayed one of the pools right infront of our unit was non-operational. The restaurant food was just ok, as we didn't want to leave the property to go out, cafe bar the next morning had very little in breakfast offerings. However, the room was clean and spacious."

"There was no cold water. Staff said let it run, I filled the bath tub and it was still warm. Staff said that was normal for Phoenix area. I explained I am from Phoenix and haven't ever seen that before. Staff was helpful in canceling my reservation and getting a full refund."

"It was a great property! And perfect for our visit! Our daughter & son-in-law live across the street! I would recommend reading and familiarizing yourself with the check-in instructions before hand. It wasn’t difficult, but can be confusing if you are trying to navigate parking, entry etc. when you arrive. Other than that, wonderful place!"
