"After the shock of the pet fee at check-in that wasn’t disclosed during the booking process and the first room smelling of smoke and a pet had peed on the corner of the bed the staff moved us into a different room that was clean but lacked the basic amenities."

"There is no question that this property is amazing in many ways. The staff is always available and on point. The restaurants offer options for most palates. There are family and adult only pools. I think the best part is the attention to customer service. I do feel that the extra costs are a bit much, considering the cost of room. These include the daily valet charge and the daily Resort Experience Fee...I don't know what that covers. Just know you are staying at a premier resort and do get that experience. It's is beautiful!"

"The AC in the room worked well but the building could use some renovating. Our door wouldn’t even lock unless the handle was in the right position. Had to fiddle with it and the rooms were clearly old. "

"All very good - the gentleman at the front desk (day shift) is a star - super helpful and just the right amount of friendly combined with professional. Breakfast exceptional. Didn’t use pool - but saw many others using it. Overall for us felt a bit overpriced - but appreciated it nonetheless"
