"We requested a room on the top floor (the third story) away from the kids pool and they accommodated both of these conditions without any issues! There’s a washer and dryer in the unit, for which they provide detergent, and you can keep in contact with the staff via texting should you need ANYTHING at all. Our suite had 2 rooms and 1 common area with a pull-out bed (very comfortable actually) so the three of us were all able to have our own spaces. Seriously we’re already planning our trip back...
