"Housekeeping every three days, changing beds every seven days...really? After 3 days the room attendant didn't refill the shower gel and didn't vacuum the room. Chipped furniture and wood trims, cheap repairs, easily to observe. Will try to avoid, for sure."

Our view from the balcony was awesome. A short beautiful walk to downtown or Fisherman’s Wharf. Lots of restaurant options close by! "

"If you’re looking for a nice hotel in downtown Victoria, this is the place to stay. Newly renovated rooms super comfortable bed Nespresso machine a fridge. The staff are a fantastic and most have been there for 10+ years. The gym has everything you need while away. The pool was fun, but did have a very strong chlorine smell. We loved the happy hour pricing at the bar every day and the restaurant is great too."
