8/10 Good
"We were drawn to the hotel by its traditional character and great location. At check in, Emerson made us feel very welcomed and this pleasant manner was consistent with all staff. Our room was a delight. Spacious, with the character we were looking for. It reminded us of the old Raffle’s rooms in Singapore. Breakfast was great and it was a treat to have English muffins. Toasted to perfection! This was our 1st stay and it certainly won’t be our last."

"We liked having plates, cutlery and a toaster. I would suggest putting up a sign on the cupboard that clients are responsible for washing dishes. It was unclear to us especially since there was no dish soap. Parking is very congested but, it is free."
