"Very decent for a good night sleep. Not many amenities- nowhere to get snacks, coffee, etc. Just very basic, but the basics were quite nice! The elevator is very old-fashioned and has the metal grates on it; I thought it was awesome! Still, location was great but I expected a little more for the price we paid. Hopefully when they are done with the remodeling it will be better equipped with conveniences. Staff was amazing! I'd stay here again if I found myself in Providence, but I'd know to come...

" I really didn't like the plastic. They have plastic stir sticks for coffee, pllastic Keurig coffee makers and plastic water bottles. You would think a company as big as Marriott might be a leader in environmental issues - especially keeping their customers healthy. "

"Colonial Inn is a good budget friendly option for those not wanting to pay $150+ a night for a hotel. If looking for a simple place to sleep and shower that is well maintained and clean, this is a good choice. A bonus is there is a Dunkin, Starbucks, Chick-fil-A, Target, and many other stores very close to the Inn. Also it’s near the freeway and only a 10-15 minute drive to Providence. My only complaint based on two different interactions is the staff working the front desk could be more...

"The property looks new - it is modern & in excellent condition. The room is well-equipped with a fridge, microwave, hot plate, dishwasher, pots & pans, crockery & cutlery. The bed is comfortable, and there is plenty of seating area to stretch out and relax. The bathroom is modern, and well supplied with amenities."
