"This hotel has truly surpassed our expectations! It is a beautiful hotel furnished and accessorized with the beauty of the French baroque time period. So very well thought out right down to every detail. We loved our conversations with Stephanie and it was a pleasure all around. Savannah was so helpful in finding us a quiet area to relax and feel quite at home. We met Harold at the end of our stay and we had a quick and enlightening conversation. This will be our favorite place from now on...

"First of all....the price on Expedia was a lot more that the hotel would have charged on their website or if calling them for a reservation. The room was ok. The curtains wouldn't close due to the closing wand was broken, there was hair in the shower, on the vanity and after wearing socks in the room, the floor clearly hadn't been mopped for some time. The hotel was noisy and the breakfast was a joke. I wouldn't recommend this hotel."

"Old, run down property. I reserved a King room online and got a handicap king room, which O feel guilty given there might be someone who needs it. The property was dirty. Bathroom tub was horrible. Mold was present, grime in tub, shower curtain was filthy. Staff didn’t seem to care and treated me like just another complaining guest."

"It’s is under new owners and management staff. That are working diligently to make repairs and maintenance improve the property. The room was comfortable, A/C was nice, bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean,plenty of hot water and good water pressure"

"I don’t know if this hotel was actually open or not. It looked like it was either being demolished or renovated, it was hard to tell. There was a desk I assumed was for check in but after numerous attempts to check in & to find an employee without success I left and got a room at another hotel. I’m never going to pay in advance again!!!"

"This property has not been updated in decades. The room was filthy, the pillows old and flat, and there was no hot water in the morning. I would not recommend this hotel."

"The mattresses were awful on both beds. We had to take out our own garbage and our room was never cleaned during the week we stayed. The towels were only changed twice (we had to ask once when we asked for toilet paper as the room was never checked)."
