"Rooms weren’t very clean. Staff was helpful with bringing extra towels and blankets up to our room. Shuttle was very nice and friendly driver. You have to pay a daily rate to leave your car parked during your trip which I think should have been advertised. I thought it was free parking. Breakfast was good. "

"It is a fine property with a decent breakfast, however there is NO daily cleaning of your room. Everything else, especially the airport shuttle, makes it a good place to stay short term. Having to get towels or supplies for the room makes it less acceptable. "

"The biggest complaint is that the elevators were broken. We didn't get notified of this issue until the day of our check-in. However, I verified on past reviews that the elevators have been broken for 10+ days and reamined so throughout or 4 days there. Also, the pool was closed, despite the communicated maintenance not starting for another 3 weeks. Room was fairly clean, but they forgot to restock coffee cups. Plus linens and towels had small permanent stains. The entire site felt like it hadn't been well maintained in a few decades."
