Most Romantic Hotels in North Pacific Coast

"It was an okay trip overall. We traveled with family and friends and had a large group, which made it very difficult to get reservations at the restaurants. Unfortunately, we were never able to sit together during any of our meals. The front office staff wasn’t very helpful and didn’t try to make any exceptions, and they were actually quite rude to us a few times. The food was also just okay. Overall, the experience could have been much better, especially when traveling with a large group."

"The views from the property were absolutely gorgeous. The staff seemed very eager to do whatever it took to make you happy. Unfortunately, the property is crumbling down around them and the staff are to be commended for doing their best in spite of the lack of property maintenance."

"The shuttle was easy to find and use. The staff were very helpful. We had a paddle board and the desk clerk was worried it might not fit on the full shuttle. She arranged with the shuttle driver to take just us over to the airport before he did his regular first run of the day. They both went above and beyond and we are so appreciative. "

"Great ocean and sunset views from pool. Other than that the rooms are a bit dated. Basic amenities are missing - iron, ironing board, extra chair/furniture in room. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was decent. Good for a basic stay if you're just going to be at the hotel to sleep. "

"Room was clean and the property is generally well maintained. There are very few activities to keep the visitors entertained so there's not much to do at the resort except hang around on the beach or at one of the pools. The food is uugenerally average. The buffet is the best of the options but the specialty restaurants are below average. The alcohol seemed to be of inferior quality and generally substandard. Some staff members were friendly but most did not acknowledge guests. I would not return to the resort and do not recommend it to anyone expecting memorable experience."

"We had a great time at the Westin Reserva Conchal. The property is large and beautiful with lots of wildlife (e.g. Howler Monkeys, iguanas, birds). The pool area is clean with lots of chairs. Restaurants are excellent, particularly the Bamboo, with lots of variety. Staff were also excellent, particularly Willie at the Mitra who went out of his way to ensure we had a memorable visit."
