"Overall, everything was very good, and we had a great stay. One thing I would suggest is providing more information upfront when guests make the booking about the different all-inclusive levels or packages and what each one includes. For example, we later learned that guests staying under the Westin Family package have access to premium alcoholic beverages. Information like this should be clearly explained at the time of booking so guests understand exactly what is included with their package and can choose the option that best fits their needs. Other than that, we had a very good experience and enjoyed our stay."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Wyndham Tamarindo! The breakfast was awesome with a great variety of options, and the shuttle service was a very convenient perk for getting around. That said, there were a couple of things that could be improved. The pool bar wasn’t open during our stay, which was disappointing, and some of the shuttle times weren’t followed consistently by the staff, which made getting around a little frustrating at times. Overall, we had a nice stay and enjoyed the property, but having the pool bar open and more consistency with the shuttle schedule would have made the experience even better."

"This place was amazing!! My wife and I stayed for 4 days here and honestly my only complaint was the room. We stayed in room 602, the room is small and the shower was horrible since it's a Jacuzzi/shower combo. It was almost impossible to really shower since I'm 6 ft 2. The buffet was the only food option which was so good, the food was fresh and delicious. The bartenders really know how to mix a drink!!!! Caesar was our favorite!!! Since it was off season the resort was very quiet and relaxing. I will definitely be booking here again just not room 602"

"Isabel cleaned our room beautifully and was super professional. We loved Carlos at the main pool, excellent service! The hotel does need to add a lot more fans around the dining areas and the adult pool is extremely hot, may be because the tile is black.. just not a refreshing splash."
