"We had a fantastic vacation with our family. The rooms are clean and the property is well kept. The beach is beautiful, but the water was rough. If you want to enjoy a calmer water you can walk or uber to the town beach it’s beautiful and close to the resort. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. I enjoy that they had juice stations in the lobby and at the snack bar, so if you were thirsty you could help yourself anytime. The food was delicious and had a great variety for everybody. At...

"From the minute we walked into the hotel, we were treated like queens and kings. The entire staff was attentive, kind and friendly at all times. We had a dilemma with our rental car company and the staff at Papagayo Golden Palms helped us by shuttling us to our tours. The entire staff, Mauricio, Natalie, JeJey, Andrea, Sergio and a few more were great! I cannot recommend this hotel enough!!! The premises were beautiful, quiet, serene and very clean.
