"The grounds and general location were beautiful, we checked in via lock box which was simple and efficient. We made use of the free electric charging which was unheard of and brilliant (partially because it worked so many don’t). The room was spacious and I found the bed comfy although my partner thought it was a little lumpy. The bathroom was huge!! Great toiletries, shower pressure was spot on. Having air con when it was 28 degrees was brilliant and made it possible to sleep comfortably alongside the Velux windows. You can use the garden or conservatory, which we did in the evening to sit out and have a drink, also where the made to order breakfast was served. Perfect!"

"A very warm welcome and perfect 4 night stay. We didn't use the leisure facilities, but had 2 very nice meals in the restaurant. There is also a car charger outside reception, which was easy to arrange with reception. We just had a studio, but it was very well equipped with a full kitchen with full oven and even a dishwasher. I have no hesitation in recommending and know we will return one day."

"Easy check in, we stayed in the Arch rooms which were clean, comfortable and had a lovely courtyard which would have been great to sit in had the weather been good. Very welcoming in the pub by the Barman and great pub food"
