"Very friendly and helpful staff, LOVELY room. Only complaint is that I could not adjust the thermostat and my room as very hot, I ended up sweating every time I was in my room."

"Room was still dirty as in not vacuumed or floors washed or countertops unclean after finding long black hair in carpet multiple times on the tile floor and on top of the countertops. I accumulated what I found n left it with reception upon departure most uncomfortable stay I’ve ever experienced for a luxury spa for adults only Not acceptable!!AT ALL "
