"The villa room was nice and very comfortable, with a great sea view. The staff were friendly, nice, and quick to respond to my requests. The breakfast is okay and reasonable price and has a great sea view, and the on-site restaurant was perfect for romantic dinner. The hotel's location is superb and walking distance as Dhiffushi is a very tiny island. My only minor complaint was the broke kettle and the air conditioning loudness which is normal. On approach to the room: - pile of hair with a cotton bud in it The room HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED: - Human hair all over floor - dirt & dust in glasses (manager started using a dirty tissue to wipe it with - as im sure that would help) - stains all over sheets & pillows.
