"Un établissement extrêmement bien tenu, en tout point. On sent qu'à sa tête il y a une direction soucieuse du détail. J'ai juste un mot : "Choisissez-le, réservez, et allez-y !" La prestation restauration est de qualité. Pour mon goût personnel de professionnel du secteur, il manque un peu de viandes grillées ! Mais c'est un détail. Vous serez comblés par les desserts qui sont dans les standards français sans aucun problème. (Un avis d'un professionnel reconnu de l'hôtellerie restauration). P.S. : il faut ajuster la fréquence et le sens des Shuttle "water room". Un service à améliorer."

"This is an excellent resort. Staff was excellent. The picture of the villa made me nervous but i was surprised how nicely appointed was. We were in Villa 54 facing the Lagoon. It was perfect. Villa 21 and Villa 22 are the best, you get a bit of beach plus water access when tide is low. Food at breakfast is more like brunch. It suited us, since we didn’t have all inclusive package. We ate breakfast and then dinner. If no food package bring your snacks and instant noodles. Everything in USD. $9 can of coke. Bring a refillable water bottle too. Service charge, 10% + tax 17%=27% on everything you purchase. We did a dinner at Firedoor, food and service is exceptional but so is pricey. I wouldn't recommend Rasberry Pannecotta for $30. Not worth it. Overall don't hesitate to book, this is an amazing resort! Also, anyone booking, check if you get 30 min free photo session. It includes 1 picture. Or $257 USD (total with all taxes)for 10 pics. Pricing was cheaper than what we are offered in México. And we got absolutely 💯 fantastic photos."
