Everyone we interacted with was fantastic apologies if I’ve forgotten any names, but from the housekeeping and maintenance teams, everyone was welcoming and friendly. "Beds are tough, a relic of past glory days. Needs to be updated. AC did not work as described. More then half of all electrical outlets did not work."

"The rooms are very clean, the staffs are very nice, friendly and helpful. Maryjane and Jeff, is very friendly and always goes above and beyond and are welling to help when you needed help, so as the manager. but my only problem is no restaurant on site. when we use the shower there's no drainage when you shower the water goes to the toilet side and its not draining so you're stuck on a seating water and it flooded its because its no drainage. I would be welling to go back again in the future and...

"Beautiful landscape with awesome swimming pool and ocean view but the property is somewhat rundown. It’s not being maintained. The hardware in my bathroom is rusty. Definitely looks old and it smelled like sewer after taking a long shower. Room is big but very dull. No character for what is advertised as 5 star hotel. Breakfast is a typical Filipino breakfast; not exciting for a hotel rated as 5 star. "

"Thiis is the only 3 star rated I stayed in with no complimentary toothbrushes, no toothpaste, no shampoo. There's also plenty of mosquitoes in the room. I would not recommend it to anybody, no wonder we're the only guest in the hotel. The only thing good is the breakfast and the view. "
