"The rooms were extremely small and dated. It is absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to get a copy of your receipt from this hotel. They insist that you can get it from the Hilton Honors app, but you cannot. Then, when you call, no one picks up and they direct you to an AI assistant - OR you are on hold forever. I have been trying to get this simple thing for three days now. When you check out - make sure you get a paper copy."

"The hotel was beautiful and well kept. It is situated in a very safe and walkable part of Chicago. The hotel doors are locked after 9pm with access only via hotel card. I felt very safe and secure there. Lots of food options and attractions nearby to walk to. The staff were very friendly and there is a designated ride share spot. The room is well stocked with snacks and drink assortments (for additional charge) but super convenient!
My only complaint was the hotel restaurant was short...

"I needed an early check in and the staff was very accommodating, they held my luggage until my room was ready. It gave me just enough time to walk to Starbucks around the corner and when I got back, my room was ready! Everyone was nice & helpful and my room was clean. I’ll definitely come back!"
